Creates category pages such as Category:English entries that don't exist. "Entries that don't exist" seems odd, but it refers to terms that not satisfy Wiktionary's criteria for inclusion (CFD), and so are not permitted to have entries.

Simply use {{auto cat}}, and you do not have to figure out parameters.
